I am an importer and distributor of a range of products, some essential some not so. My supply chains used to be a few days to 6 weeks pre covid-19.
Now i am forced to wait 16 weeks for a lot of business tech items.
We ordered a top end hospital scanner through an importer in february . We didn’t have the order fulfilled in full till mid July.
Wow that’s a long time to wait for gas at the pumps if there’s a real crisis.
