Is this another case of self-interested minority attempting to re write history and cause division in a country as diverse as New Zealand. They appear to me to be extremely divisive and racist. Thats why they accuse others of this. There are many false statements made now to enable a minority to achieve gain and power. The Mฤori were immigrants like all the rest of us. So, it’s time to forget all this. The treaty has been honoured, even though after signing the Mฤori themselves broke the treaty by waging war against the queen Victoria, Yes, the confiscations from the land wars were unjust. To a large degree some form of restitution has been made, but a lot of the silent majority are tired by this constant rhetoric from agitators to turn this country apartheid through Mฤori sovereignty comments and oppression of real free speech under the banner of racisms.
Its looking to me to be Mฤori racism. I object to being labelled a Pakeha derogatory Mฤori statement
Look up the word indigenous as the Mฤori are certainly not indigenous to New Zealand. The Moa were indigenous creatures unfortunately made extinct after extensive hunting after humans arrived. They were extinct before Europeans settled. Weren’t the Morori first human settlers here. Didn’t the Mฤori chase the Morioriย from NZ and massacre many. They arrived before Mฤori
Maybe it’s time to review the treaty and declare NZ a United republic. We are one race of Kiwis. Stop this apartheid which is being pushed on us by minority groups. Take a vote on sovereignty
Lets unite and make a new Waitangi treaty, joining all races as one and equal.
Its time New Zealand is united as one people with no group being better worse or treated differently than the other. A national language should be chosen instead of more Polynesian announcement leads in Mฤori on mainstream TV. I do resent that. The Mฤori channels and cultural channels are sufficient to represent a second or third language. Mainstream should be English if that is the chosen language. News announcements should be fairly reported without bias in favour of one or more topical assumptions. This promotes fake news.

Appointments in public life, either as news readers or any other public figure should not be given on race grounds or culture in the interests of fair play. Too many servants in this small country have their heads in the feeding trough. Enough said. Get a backbone lets move forward NZ
